Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Dare to Do is operated by Yuyan Zhang as a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. This page explains our practices and how you can exercise that right.
Our position
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not do so now. We do not exchange your identity, content, or activity for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
What “sale” and “sharing” mean
Under these laws, "sale" generally means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" generally means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeting ads based on your activity across different sites or services over time). Neither describes how we operate Dare to Do.
How we use service providers
We rely on trusted vendors — for example, hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers — strictly to operate the Service on our behalf. These vendors act as service providers or processors under contract and are not permitted to use your personal information for their own purposes, to sell it, or to share it for advertising. Disclosures to service providers under those terms are not a "sale" or "sharing."
Your choice
Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. If our practices ever change, we will update this page, provide a clear opt-out mechanism, and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or delete it, to correct inaccuracies, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. See our Privacy Notice for details.
